FAQ 1: Can't install camera driver?

Solution:

1. Whether the operating system used supports camera operation;

2. Whether the camera list can be found in the device manager;

Frequently Asked Question 2: Can't I get images when I run DEMO?

Solution:

1. Open the lens aperture, or unscrew the lens to see if it is sensitive.

2. Whether the driver installation is normal;

3. Whether DEMO is used to enable continuous acquisition mode.

Frequently Asked Question Three: The image color is not correct, and there is color cast?

Solution: In this case, you can refer to the manual to set the white balance.

FAQ 4: Incomplete image capture (display)?

Solution:

1. Confirm whether the camera resolution is adjusted to the maximum;

2. DEMO display scale can be adjusted to display area;

3. Field of view adjustment. If the camera is connected to a fixed focus lens, the field of view can only be changed by moving the object distance; if the camera is connected to a zoom lens, the field of view is fixed before focusing; Adjust the field of view.

FAQ 5: Noisy, unclear?

Solution: Set the gain by referring to the manual. The smaller the gain, the clearer the less noise.

FAQ 6: The image taken (displayed) is too dark?

Solution: Refer to the manual to set the exposure time. The larger the exposure time, the brighter the image.

Solution: Manually adjust the exposure time and gain to the minimum possible, and use the LED light source to fill the photo.
